Glaze Bakery

Glaze is a cute new bakery tucked away on George Street, just a stone's throw from the cathedral. The young team behind it has created quite a buzz with their homemade cookies, brownies and fresh bagels. They serve specialty coffee from Fireheart, which pairs perfectly with their baked goods. It's mostly a takeaway spot with limited indoor seating, though there are a few chairs outside. Note that they only offer takeaway cups, even if you're staying in.
