The first in the local coffee lab franchise, the Hitchin branch is a modern, friendly shop serving up their own speciality coffee beans, roasted just down the road in Hertford.They also offer an impressive array of cakes, bakes and snacks including a number of vegan and gluten-free (NGCI) alternatives. Though seating is on the limited side both indoors and outdoors, the industrial/natural space has a unique, cosy appeal. The Specialty Blend served in-store and a wide range of single origin beans are also available to buy here.
