Roastworks Coffee Co. is a small, independent roaster founded in Devon in 2014 by Will and Caroline Little. They focus on flavour over strength, roasting all beans by hand using vintage cast-iron drum roasters, including a restored 1958 Barth Menado. Their goal is to make high-grade, traceable coffee more accessible through single-origin and blend options that highlight terroir and process. Available across the UK via supermarkets, cafés, and online, they also offer wholesale, training, and gear. Their Lab, brew guides, and customer-first approach build a community around quality and ethics.
