Roastworks Coffee Co. is a small, independent roaster founded in Devon in 2014 by Will and Caroline Little. They focus on flavour over strength, roasting all beans by hand using vintage cast-iron drum roasters, including a restored 1958 Barth Menado. Their goal is to make high-grade, traceable coffee more accessible through single-origin and blend options that highlight terroir and process. Available across the UK via supermarkets, cafés, and online, they also offer wholesale, training, and gear.
